CAC C Shaw ONI is the head of The Office Of Naval Intelligence and has been in power for 5 years.
THE CAC is the head of ONI but yet he does not have that much power within The Office Of Naval Intelligence. All he can really do is command troops in combat and bring suggestions to the BOD.
CAC C Shaw ONI joined The Office Of Naval Intelligence in September 2005 which he was put into Section 2 and worked his way up to the CAC of ONI in 2014.
